Right to Treat Act This bill specifies that no federal agency has the authority to regulate the practice of medicine. It further specifies that no federal law or policy may prohibit or restrict prescriptions for an unapproved (i.e., off-label) use of a drug approved by the Food and Drug Administration. The bill does not affect any federal restrictions on specified topics, including abortion, assisted suicide, and gender transition.
